These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIRIQ website and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AIRIQ is operated by Buzzed LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 12216 Shepard Hill Rd, Willis TX 77318.
1. SERVICES
AIRIQ provides indoor air quality inspection services and equipment rental in North Houston, Texas, including but not limited to Willis, Montgomery, Conroe, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, Cypress, Porter, Kingwood, Humble, and Atascocita.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
When you book a service through our website, you agree to pay all fees associated with the requested services. Pricing is provided at the time of booking or via consultation. Standard inspection pricing starts at $399; equipment rentals are billed per day with a 3-day minimum on HEPA Air Scrubber rentals.
3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at 832-699-4267 or sales@airiqtesting.com at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee.
4. EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Equipment rentals are subject to a separate rental agreement signed at the time of delivery. You are responsible for the equipment from delivery through return, including any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
5. SERVICE WARRANTIES
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. Inspection results and recommendations are based on the conditions observed at the time of service. We do not guarantee the absence of any future air quality issues. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AIRIQ (Buzzed LLC) and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use our Services to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; submit false or misleading information; interfere with the operation of our website or services; or attempt unauthorized access to any portion of our systems.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRIQ (Buzzed LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
